Watercolor and Pencil
I drew the flower with pencil and then colored in with Prang watercolors.
I decided to do a second, simpler flower and made this one.
The inspiration of this flower came from my son, Vinny. When he was about 5 or 6,
he painted me a flower. It had 1 red petal. He said.... 'The petal is for love'.
I first drew the orange center, and then added the petals. I then drew the
main stem. Then the horizontal line underneath the flower. I then added the color.
The pencil does not run, even when painting to the edge.
